Assam: 6 more Covid-19 patients reported, total count goes to 141
Guwahati- Six more patient tested positive for Coronavirus ( COVID-19 ) in Assam. taking the total number of cases in the state to 141, Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted.
6 new COVID positive cases confirmed. Out of the 3 from Guwahati, 2 are related to a cancer patient who lost his life at GMCH (wife & daughter). 2 patients are from Karimganj and one from Sarusajai quarantine centre. Total patient count goes up to 141.

Till filling of this report total 26 new patient has been reported today. Health minister informed about six new covid-19 cases in his today’s first tweet. He again informed about 14 new covid-19 positive cases in his second tweet, and above tweet is the today’s third tweet about the six new patient;
The total number of active cases now stands at 94, while 41 people have recovered from the disease, he said, adding that four persons have died of COVID-19.
Besides, two more have migrated to other states, the minister said.
A total of 37,898 samples have been tested in seven laboratories in Assam and NIV in Pune, the Health and Family Welfare Department said in its daily bulletin on Monday night.
Meanwhile the minister urged people to stay at home and follow the instructions to contain the coronavirus outbreak.
