Assam: After Teachers test positive, Don Bosco School in Guwahati declared Containment Zone
GUWAHATI- New cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19 ) from Don Bosco High School in Guwahati, Assam have created a panic situation among students, parents and staff of the school.
According to a notification from the District Administration of Kamurp Metro, teachers of Don Bosco High School has tested positive for the virus.
As per orders of the Assam government, in the interest of the maintenance of public hygiene and to prevent further spread of COVID-I9 virus amongst the teaching staff anti students, the entire area of the school premises has been declared as CONTAINMENT ZONE for next seven days starting from Sunday.
Earlier, all schools and all other educational institutes in the state reopened from January 1 this year with certain Covid-19 safety guidelines in place
