Assam: Army organises Medical camp at Dhamdhama

GUWAHATI- Indian Army organized a medical health and check up camp on 03 January 2021 for the local population and senior citizens of Dhamdhama village, Assam.

A joint team of doctors from Red Horns Division and the civil administration provided medical aid to the 482 villagers of far flung localities of Dhamdhama village. To further provide succor to the ailing patients, medicines, face masks and sanitizers were also provided.

The opportunity provided an effective platform to create awareness regarding the current COVID pandemic and effects of other lifestyle diseases. The synergy of civil and military administration and it’s manifestation in form of conduct of camp was lauded by one and all.
