Assamese Journalist couple Kalyan Baruah, Nilakshi Bhattacharya succumb to Covid

NEW DELHI- Senior journalists and married couple Kalyan Baruah and Nilakshi Bhattacharya have passed away due to complications arising from Covid-19.
New Delhi based senior Assamese journalist Kalyan Baruah passed away on Saturday morning due to Covid-19 related complication.
Baruah, who worked with The Assam Tribune, as New Delhi bureau chief, died in a private hospital in the national capital while undergoing treatment for the Covid-19 infections. RIP Kalyan Da.
His wife, Nilakshi Bhattacharyya passed away battling COVID-19 at a private hospital in New Delhi a day before, on April 30.
