Guwahati: With over 19 new Coronavirus ( Covid-19) cases recorded in 12 hours, Assam’s tally has reached 189 and death toll at 4 on 58th day of lockdown, informed Assam health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Health minister tweeted four separates tweets in last 12 hrs in this regard. The latest tweet is about one covid-19 patient found in Kokrajhar quarantine centre. His swab test was done at Barpetta medical college.
Alert ~ One new #COVID19 positive case confirmed at Barpeta Medical College, where the tests were done. The patient is at Kokrajhar Quarantine Centre.

The total number of active cases now stands at 143, while 48 people have recovered from the disease, he said, adding that 4 people have died of COVID-19.
Besides, three more have migrated to other states, the minister said.
