Mizoram: Corona wreaks havoc in state, 725 cases reported in 24 hours
While the virus cases in Mizoram were on an average of 55 in April, they increased to 202 in May and reached 381 in the first week of July.
AIZAWL: In the last 24 hours, 725 new cases of corona infection have been reported in Mizoram and one patient died of the virus.
At the same time, the total number of virus cases in Mizoram is 29,020. So far, 126 people have lost their lives due to coronavirus. At the same time, 22,061 patients have recovered from corona and returned home while 6,833 persons are undergoing treatment.
This was stated by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Government of Mizoram.

In Mizoram, restrictions were relaxed two weeks ago, after which corona cases suddenly increased. After this increase, A 7-day full lockdown has been imposed in Mizoram’s capital Aizawl to ensure that the situation does not worsen in the same corona cases.
Meanwhile, the country has once again registered an increase in daily corona cases amid the possibility of a third wave today.
