This information has been given by BSF. The BSF said that at the confluence of the Brahmaputra and Gangadhar rivers in Takkmari village of Dhubri district near the India-Bangladesh border in Assam, jawans saw some people drowning along with a boat.

After this, BSF jawans immediately reached the spot inside the river and rescued a drowning woman and 4 children safely. According to the information, this accident happened due to the overturning of the boat in the river.
BSF jawans rescued everyone and saved their lives by giving first aid on the spot. At present, the condition of women and children is said to be stable. According to the information, all the people were going from one village to another through the river, at the same time this accident happened. This entire rescue operation was carried out by the 19th battalion of BSF.
