Manipur: Five KCP-N militants arrested, extortion bid foiled

IMPHAL: Five cadres of the proscribed militant outfit Kangleipak Communist Party, Nongdrenkhomba Group ( KCP-N ) have been arrested in Manipur’s Thoubal district, police said.
