Assam: Kokrajhar police arrested 2 Adivasi Extremist
Assam- Kokrajhar police arrested two Adivasi extremist from Indo-Bhutan border and recovered huge arms and ammunition from their possession.

Based on a specific source information, Kokrajhar Police and 210 Cobra launched a Joint operation last midnight in the area of Lungsung along the Indo-Bhutan border in Kokrajhar. In the operation the team has able to apprehended two Adivasi extremist cadres. They were identified as Pudan Murmu (45 ) and Bajun Murmu ( 24 ), resident of Kejhorna and Superguri village of Kokrajhar district.
A huge arms and ammunitions have been recovered from their possession including 2 nos of AK series Rifle, 2 nos of AK magazine, 1 no of Muzzle loading gun, 5 rounds of AK ammunition, 637 rounds 30 M1 ammunition.
Further investigation has been carrying on by Kokrajhar Police.
