Manipur: Army saves two lives in a road accident in Senapati

The medical team rescued injured persons and evacuated them to the nearest medical hospital.

MANIPUR-  The troops of Indian Army rescued two persons and recovered a Mahindra Bolero Pickup vehicle Regd No MN 01 AA 2948 which had slipped off the NH in Maiba Village of Senapati District of Manipur on 21 Dec 21.

In the incident, the civil vehicle veered off the narrow road and fell into george because of poor visibility.

Resultantly, the troops from nearest Army camp based at Senapati responded and rescued both individuals and vehicle.

The medical team rescued injured persons and evacuated them to the nearest medical hospital.

The immediate effort by the soldiers of Indian Army in the current inclement weather raised tremendous appreciation from locals and state agencies.
