Assam: Victory Flame in the Abode of Red Horns Division

GUWAHATI-  The victory flame was received at Narangi by Col PP Sharma, Commanding Officer,1 Assam Regt from 51 Sub Area at APS Narangi on 24  Aug 2021 . Flame was escorted to Umroi by Bikers group.

Mega celebrations were organised at Umroi Mil Stn to welcome the Victory Flame. Brig TS Hothi, Stn Cdr recd the flame from Col PP Sharma.

A grand reception involving serving personnel’s, veterans, general public,NCC  Cadets,School Children, Marshal Dance and Mil Band marked the beginning of a four day mega event at Umroi Mil Stn.
