NOIDA- Aditi Gohain, a trailblazer from Kahilipara Bhagadattapur, Guwahati, made history as Assam’s first licensed woman winemaker by showcasing her startup, Aiseng Winery, at Biofach India, held at the India Export Mart in Noida from August 31 to September 1, 2025.
The event, a premier platform for organic and sustainable products, provided a global stage for Gohain to present her innovative winery, which captivated attendees with its unique offerings and striking packaging.
An incubatee of NEATEHUB at Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat, Gohain’s Aiseng Winery drew significant attention from industry leaders and garnered numerous trade inquiries.
Her product lineup, featuring Ginger Honey Wine, Blue Herbal Wine, and a diabetic-friendly Herbal Wine, highlighted the use of local Assam fruits and herbs, showcasing the region’s rich agricultural heritage.
These offerings stood out for their creativity and health-conscious appeal, resonating strongly with the event’s focus on sustainability and innovation. Supported by her husband, Pranjal Phukan, Gohain’s entrepreneurial journey is a testament to perseverance and vision.
