Manipur Update: Meiteis to organise a Sit-in-Demonstration in New Delhi on 6th Aug 2023
The purposes of this event is also to convey the message to the Govt. of India and all the parliamentarian to help in resolving the crisis and bringing peace in Manipur.
NEW DELHI- The Delhi Meitei Coordination Committee (DMCC) in coordination with COCOMI has decided to organized a Sit-in-Demonstration in New Delhi on 6th of August 2023 at Jantar Mantar. The event shall be under the theme “Let’s Unite for a United Manipur, a solidarity Sit-in-Demonstration to Mass Movement in Manipur”.
The purposes of this event is also to convey the message to the Govt. of India and all the parliamentarian to help in resolving the crisis and bringing peace in Manipur.

A three member delegation of Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI) led by YK Dhiren, Asst. Coordinator, Khuraijam Athouba, Spokesperson and Kongkham Kiran, Member COCOMI in its visit to the national capital had a series of meeting with the various Meitei diaspora groups and CSOs and Women organizations in Delhi and other parts of NCR.
Manipur: Massive Peace rally in Imphal against Chin-Kuki Narco terrorism
After several round of discussions and meetings since 24th to 29th July, 2023 the Delhi Meitei Coordination Committee (DMCC), an apex body of Meitei CSOs and Organizations in Delhi comprising of seven groups have resolved to work in coordination with COCOMI and strengthen the campaign in the National Capital at all front.
The joint coordination group has also streamlined all form of strategy under a unified structure decentralizing various task and responsibility. In relation to the recent Mass Rally which was held in Imphal under the aegis of COCOMI.
