- Scattered to fairly widespread light to moderate rainfall is anticipated across the broader Northeast, including Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura, with heavier spells confined to the mentioned states.

- This could extend to neighboring areas like Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
- In Assam specifically, widespread rainfall and thunderstorms are forecast over the next five days, with isolated heavy showers possible, potentially triggering flooding, power disruptions, and travel delays.
Snowfall in Higher Elevations:
- In Arunachal Pradesh’s higher reaches, isolated heavy rainfall/snowfall is expected to continue from March 12–15, with the heaviest on March 13 transitioning to heavy rain on March 14.
