Assam: Exciting Moments at Kalakshetra – A Visual Odyssey!
GUWAHATI- What a mesmerizing showcase of talent at the Art Exhibition held at The down town School, Guwahati on 23rd December 2023! From our little artists in Jr. KG to the creative minds in Grade VII, every art work was a masterpiece.
The event was graced by the presence of the esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Ratul Chandra Gogoi, Lecturer in Sculpture Government College of Art and Crafts, Assam; his presence encouraged the budding artists of the school.
The highlight of the event was that the little canvases made by the students were up for sale and the school will initiate the proceeds for a noble cause. The amount collected will be donated to Sahayika, an NGO dedicated to supporting those caring for differently-abled children.
Down town school aims to continue to inspire and uplift each other through the power of art!
