Manipur: Fashion designer Kumarjit Laishram shot, injured
He has been taken to a hospital in Imphal where he is presently undergoing treatment.
IMPHAL- Unknown armed individuals fired upon a 30-year-old fashion designer Kumarjit Laishram in Imphal, leaving him injured injured in the leg. He was rushed to a hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
The attack was carried out near Khumbong Public Health Centre under Patsoi police station in Imphal West district. The motive behind the attack was not known. The police said they were probing the case.
According to local media reports, the attack was carried out by an insurgent group. He was shot with one bullet on his left calf. He has been taken to a hospital in Imphal where he is presently undergoing treatment.
