One person was killed and two others injured in a Poll related violence this morning erupted at Akuluto Assembly Constituency under Zunheboto district in Nagaland. It has been reported that clash erupted between supporters of Naga People’s Front and National Democratic Progressive Party. One person was shot dead during the clash. Two persons were reportedly injured when India Reserve Battalion personnel opened fire to quell the violence by supporters of the two parties, some of whom were armed.
In the video it was also seen that the Men folks restricting women from casting their vote at Mongsenyimti village under Mokokchung district where former chief secretary Mr. Alemtemshi Jamir is contesting from NDPP party.
