Dibrugarh police arrested four linkmen of ULFA, including a teacher, a student and a technician of a private nursing home.
Subashini Shankaran, SP, Dibrugarh inform that four persons–a school teacher, a nursing home staff and two others–were on Wednesday arrested by police for their alleged nexus with ULFA (I) militants.

Police has seized a Ulfa flag, 7 nos mobile phones from their custody, informed SP, Dibrugarh.
Talking to media SP said that “the ULFA (I) is planning to carry out subversive activities with the support of the linkmen in upper Assam in the run up to the Independence Day”.
