NEW DELHI- Northeastern States Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya and Sikkim gets new Governor.
Gulab Chand Kataria appointed the new Governor of Assam and Lt. General Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik (retd) appointed the new Governor of Arunachal Pradesh a Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesperson said on Sunday Morning.
On other hand, Manipur Governor La. Ganesan appointed the new Governor of Nagaland.

Lakshman Prasad Acharya appointed as a Governor of Sikkim and Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan appointed the new Governor of Meghalaya.
President of India Droupadi Murmu on Sunday appointed governors in 12 states and a Union Territory while accepting the resignation of two — Maharashtra’s Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Ladakh’s Radha Krishnan Mathur. Of the 13, Meghalaya and Nagaland are election-bound states.
