Major Administrative Reshuffle in Tripura: 32 IPS and TPS Officers Transferred

AGARTALA- In a significant administrative move, the Governor of Tripura has ordered the immediate transfer and posting of 32 Indian Police Service (IPS) and Tripura Police Service (TPS) officers across various departments and districts. This decision aims to enhance law enforcement efficiency and strengthen administrative functions within the state.
The reshuffle encompasses a wide range of positions, affecting both senior and mid-level officers. This strategic move is intended to optimize the deployment of personnel to areas where their expertise is most needed.
The primary goal of these transfers is to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies and ensure better administrative oversight across Tripura.

IPS Officers:
- M. Raja Murugan, IPS – ADGP (Trg.) with an additional charge of IG (Admn.).
- Avula Ramesh Reddy, IPS – Transferred from DIGP (Hqrs) to IGP (Crime).
- Ipper Manchak Dnyanoba, IPS – Moved from DIGP (SR & NR) to In-charge IGP (L/O) with an additional charge of DIGP (Southern Range).
