Manipur: Assam Rifles and Manipur Police caught in heated altercation in Bishnupur Dist

Heated argument erupted between the 9th Assam Rifles and Manipur Police on Saturday when few casper bullet proof vehicle belonging to the 9th Assam Rifles blocked off Kwakta Gothol road in Bishnupur.
