GUWAHATI- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has issued a strong appeal and warning in connection with the ongoing probe into the death of cultural icon Zubeen Garg, insisting that those responsible must face justice.
Addressing media and supporters, Sarma declared, “Vote us out in 2026 if Zubeen gets no justice.” The CM assured that the state government is committed to ensuring a fair investigation, adding that the matter would not be allowed to be “buried under influence or manipulation.”
