Dibrugarh police of Assam arrested one NSCN cadre namely Khempai Wangsu with Rs 15 Lakhs cash. Police has also seized the Wagon R car No. AS04 1803. Police has detained three Assistant Engineer of Rural Works department of Arunchal Pradesh in connection with the case. The driver of the Wagon R car, Md Kazimuddin has also been arrested.
