Assam: DNLA cadres apprehended by Indian Army
In the Karbi Anglong region, troops of Red Horns Division of Indian Army apprehended two cadres of Dimasa National Libration Army (DNLA).

In yet other successful operation in the Karbi Anglong region, troops of Red Horns Division apprehended two cadres of Dimasa National Libration Army (DNLA), informed a defence press statement.
Based on intelligence received regarding presence of suspected cadres, Army and Assam Police launched two joint operations on 03 May 2019.
The meticulously planned and well executed operation resulted in apprehension of two cadres of DNLA and recovery of one factory made .22mm Pistol along with ammunition and fake currency.
These apprehensions will definitely impede the activities of DNLA in East Karbi Anglong, said the press release.
