Arunachal: Over Rs. 69 lakhs bank credit loans disbursed to 49 registered SHGs under ArSRLM
The distribution of loans took place with the participation of senior officials, Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), and block representatives.
SEIJOSA ( Arunachal Pradesh ) – The Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM) organized a Mega Credit Camp, in collaboration with the Block Mission Management Unit of Seijosa and Pakke Kessang.
A total of 49 Self Help Groups (SHGs) from the Pakke Kessang District received bank credit loans exceeding Rs. 69 lakhs from the State Bank of India (SBI) Branch in Seijosa, Pakke Kessang District.

The distribution of loans took place with the participation of senior officials, Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), and block representatives.
During the event, MLA 12th Pakke Kessang District, Biyuram Wahge commended the women of the Self-Help Groups for their multitasking abilities in managing households and actively engaging in various activities.
He also assured the SHGs from Pakke Kessang that efforts are underway to establish a bank in the area.
Wahge also acknowledged the dedication of ArSRLM officials in his address.
Dheeraj Roy, the Branch Manager of SBI Seijosa, appreciated the hard work of SHG members and pledged continued financial support.
Mongam Basar, the District Mission Manager of ArSRLM, provided a comprehensive progress report on SHGs’ performance in various areas, including Institution Building, Capacity Building, Farm and non-farm Interventions, Social Inclusion, Social Development, and Financial Inclusion in Pakke Kessang District.

Outstanding Community Resource Persons in Financial Inclusion were recognized for their contributions. A Primary Level Federation was also acknowledged for achieving 100% household coverage under Social Security Schemes, including PMJJBY, PMSBY, and CMAAY.
The event was attended by heads of various departments, underlining the significance of the Mega Credit Camp in Seijosa and Pakke Kessang Districts.
