Assam CM Sarbananda Sonowal, Great Khali, Himesh Reshamiya, Bhoomi Trivedi attends 3rd day of “Dwijing Festival”.

The 12-day Dwijing Festival which begun on 27th December, reached its 3rd day today. Day 3 of the festival was graced by Chief Minister of Assam Sarbananada Sonowal in presence of Tourism Minister Chandan Brahma, CEM BTC Hagrama Mohilari, Deputy CEM, BTC, Kampa Borgoyari , Chairman ATDC Jayanta Malla Baruah , MP Biswajit Daimary & other dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananada Sonowal, said “These types of festivals develop good relations with the people belonging to different cultures and countries. Hope, Dwijing Festival will also generate attractions of tourists for this part of the state. This will help also other countries develop better understanding of the vibrant colours and culture that Assam boasts of, especially BTC.”
The day witnessed various cultural programs. Performances by Barfalanga Group, Bollywood Singer Himesh Reshamiya, Bhoomi Trivedi, Shweta Pandit, Neeraj Shridhar(Bombay Vikings), International Dancers, etc ruled the evening. The Great Khali also visited the festival on its third day.
