Assam: Air Force conducts Medical camp for Flood affected villagers

Around 250 people of the village were treated for various ailments and  provided  free medication. A dental health check  was  also organized.

Air Force Station Digaru organized a medical relief camp under the aegis of  Air Force Wives Welfare Association (Local) at nearby Jarikuchi village  for flood affected villagers.

Around 250 people of the village were treated for various ailments and  provided  free medication. A dental health check  was  also organized.

Group Captain SG Murali, Station Commander, Mrs A Sreekala  Murali,  President AFWWA(L) and volunteers interacted with villagers and educated them on hygiene and sanitation measures to be taken post  flood.

The camp witnessed overwhelming response from villagers as well as support from village head and medical team and was a great success.
