Assam : Gold ornaments and Cash recovered by Police, 2 apprehended

Guwahati police on Monday night raided a house at Carbon gate no.1 Mathgharia in connection with a case registered in Noonmati PS as Case No.168/18 u/s 454/380.  During the search operation police recovered Gold ornaments and Cash from the house,  apprehended two persons and  forwarded to judicial custody today.

In an another case Khetri Policeon Monday seized one Dumper loaded with suspected to be stolen coal bearing Registration No. ML 11/4666  and one Gypsy Registration No. ML 4C/4666 ,  apprehended four persons .

Apprehended persons are  Iso Suwer of khlihriat west, Banjied Lapasam of khlihriat west, Hahunbait Shylla of pyrtakuna and Andrew Kro of Rongjangphong of Hamren .

They are kept at PS for interrogation. A sum of rupees one lakhs sixty four thousand seized from them .
