Hundreds of people took part in Mass prayers held at Udalguri, Assam for success of Archer Pramila Daimary at Asian Games.

A mass prayer for the success of Archer Pramila Daimary, participant of 18th edition of the pan Asian multi sports event underway in Jakarta from August 18 was held in Khagrabari Bathou temple at her native Udalguri district, Assam on Tuesday .
The mass prayers were organized by the All Bathou Mahasaba Khagrabari Anchalik unit. Hundreds from the Bathou faith came from different villages of the area and prayed to their deity Bwrai Bathou for success in the game scheduled for August 23.
Talking to NorthEastIndia24 , Kamali Basumatary, MLA said that she is very hopeful that she will shine in the games. She also requested all the people of the region to pray for her success in the game.
Nerswn Boro deputy speaker of BTC said that we have been praying to God for her success, she will bring good shine for the country.
Among those participating the mass prayer program were MLA Kamali Basumatary, MLA Maheswar Boro, Deputy Speaker for BTC Nerswn Boro, Col. Rahul Singh of the Indian Army, Lwkhe Boro president bhergaon district sport association.
