Assam: One ULFA (I) Cadre apprehended by Security Forces in Tinsukia

GUWAHATI-   Security Forces in a Joint Operation with Assam Police apprehended one active cadre and one OGW of ULFA (I) in general area Tinkopani Reserve Forest, Tinsukia District, Assam on 22 Dec 2021.

Based on specific input, Security Forces launched a joint operation with State Police & apprehended one active cadre and one OGW of ULFA (I) and recovered Pistol, live ammunition and other stores in general area Tinkopani Reserve Forest, Tinsukia District, Assam.

The apprehended cadre and the OGW along with recovered items handed over to Assam Police, Tinsukia District, Assam for further investigation.
