Mizoram: Man arrested with Heroin worth of Rs 1.74 lakh in Aizawl

Aizawl:  Border Security Force (BSF) has seized 05 packets of Heroin weighing approximately 69.92 grams  in Lunglei World Bank road, near 199 Bn BSF Gate No – 04 in Aizawl on Saturday.

Acting on specific information BSF troops of 199 Bn BSF seized 05 packets,  weighing  69.92 grammes of Heroin along with one person identified as Lalneihtluanga ( M- 35 ) with one Maruti Alto (taxi) bearing no MZ -02 B 7125 and two mobile phones.

The market value of the seized Heroin is approximate Rs 1,74,800.

The seized items and apprehended person are handed over to the Excise and Narcotics Department for their further necessary actions and FIR is lodged accordingly.
